Finding Peace in the Pandemic

Finding Peace in the Pandemic

Like Noah and his family, we find ourselves in an unprecedented moment. While sheltering in place in our little “arks,” what practices can we engage to live out our faith well? This course is a toolkit filled with spiritual practices that have made it possible for us to connect with God and God’s purposes in the midst of the danger and uncertainty of the moment. We invite you to join us in these unexpected activities—from cooking, to collaborative storytelling, from poetry reading to workspace design—to practice self care and foster community while sheltering in place.

We estimate that this will take you 15 hours to complete (but not all in one sitting!).
